[Executive Standard]
a.GB/T8485-2008 "Classification and Testing Method for Air Sound Insulation Performance of Building Doors and Windows"
b.GB/T 39526-2020 "Classification and Testing Method for Air Sound Insulation Performance of Building Curtain Walls"
C. GB/T 50121-2005 Evaluation Standard for Sound Insulation of Buildings
d.GB/T19889-2005 "Acoustic Building and building component Sound insulation Measurement"
【 Technical parameters 】
1. The volume of sound chamber and sound receiving chamber should be ≥50m3 each, and the sound field in the room should be evenly distributed to avoid strong standing wave;
2. Background noise of sound chamber: ≤20dB(A)
3. The maximum sound insulation volume that can be measured in the sound chamber: Rw≥60dB (in this case, the Windows and doors that can be measured in the air sound insulation performance is the highest level 6 Rw=45dB without correction)
4. Hole size: test hole width 4m, height 4.5m;
5. Sound insulation volume of glottproof door :≤40dB;
6. Sound source system:
6.1 White noise or pink noise generator;
6.2 1/3 octave filter;
6.3 Power amplifier;
6.4 Loudspeaker;
6.5 Frequency range of sound source 100HZ to 5kHZ.
6.6 Sound pressure level: resolution 0.1DB, accuracy level 1.
6.7 Frequency: resolution 0.2~5HZ, error <0.5%+1 resolution unit.
7. Receiving system:
7.1 Microphone;
7.2 Amplifier;
7.3 1/3 octave analyzer;
7.4 Recording instrument;
8. Test mode: automatic test mode;
9. 1 set of special software for measurement and analysis (free upgrade for life).
10. Laboratory structure
11. Site requirements:
Room size of air sound insulation test room: 15 x 6 x 7m.
Room size of lateral sound transmission laboratory: length 15× width 7× height 8m.
Each laboratory should be designed according to the actual situation: the design of reverberation room requires that the reverberation time of empty room should be extended as far as possible to ensure the diffusion of indoor sound field. The LIMIT OF REVERBERATION TIME IS DETERMINED BY MOLECULAR ABSORPTION FROM AIR AT HIGH FREQUENCIES AND ABSORPTION FROM WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOOR SURFACES AT LOW FREQUENCIES. Commonly used materials are ceramic tile or terrazzo. The shape of reverberation room often uses irregular room or rectangular room with long edge and harmonic progression ratio. The reverberATION CHAMBER CAN BE IRREGULAR BY MAKING THE OPPOSITE WALLS NOT PARALLEL OR BY INSTALLING CONVEX CYLINDERS ON THE WALLS OR BY USING V-SHAPED WALLS.
12. Power: AC220V 2kW
