1、Product introduction
The equipment is developed according to the industry standard, used for testing the wind pressure resistance of the external wall insulation system. The advanced control system is adopted in the control mode, including accurate pressure regulation of pneumatic control valve, automatic control of microcomputer, display of recording process control curve, printing of original records and testing results. The overall design has many advantages, such as wide adaptability, simple operation, stable performance, high control accuracy, accurate data collection and low noise synthesis.

3、Main technical parameters
1)Specification of testable parts: 3.0m×2.0m.
2)Wind pressure resistance: pressure difference: ≤ -12000pa, accuracy ≤5%; Pressure mode: frequency converter automatically pressure.
3)Test result sorting: data calculation, grading, test report and original record can all be processed by computer.
4)Time control deviation of pressure pulse process: boost: 0.7~1.0s; duration: 2~4s; step-down: ≥4s; intermittent: ≥3s.
5)Cycle times: can be set, and the frequency control accuracy is 100%.
6)Power supply requirements: AC380V 30kW.
7)External dimensions of static pressure box: length 3400× width 700× height 2800 mm.
8)The movement of the specimen frame can be divided into two modes: rail type and crane type;
9)The orbital type can test two specimens at the same time, and the other two specimens can be preserved;
10)Two specimens can be mounted simultaneously in the overhead crane, and the other specimens can be preserved.
